In phone <br /> conversations with you and your husband, we made it clear that <br /> the facility must be posted and kept secure from unauthorized <br /> entry. Enclosed is Section 29359. 5 of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code relating to posting and fencing. We require within <br /> ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of this letter, that the <br /> site be adequately posted and that arrangements be made to check <br /> the security and posting of the site weekly.
