This letter is to certify that all appropriate
remedial actions have been taken at this site.
The Department of Health Services (Department) has reviewed the
Remedial Action Report for this site prepared by Clayton
Environmental Consultants dated September 14 , 1990 and find it
acceptable. An Enforceable Agreement was entered
between the Department and Mrs. Sheridan Randolph which requires
the asphalt cap over stabilized soil to be maintained and a
reevaluation of the remediation after five years.
If you have any questions regarding this certification, please
contact Mr. Jim Tjosvold at (916) 855-7885.
Sincerely,
Val F.
