The Request listed five items that will be included in a ROWD Addendum. In order <br /> to collect background data and prepare the addendum an extension of the submittal date from 1 <br /> January 2006 to 1 April 2006 has been requested. Staff concurs with the request for additional time, <br /> the ROWD Addendum should be submitted no later than 1 April 2006. <br /> The Request also asked that frequency of groundwater quality monitoring be reduced from quarterly to <br /> semiannually.
