An increase in area or depth to be used for solid waste disposal beyond that specified in <br /> waste discharge requirements; <br /> b. A significant change in disposal method, location or volume (e.g., change from land <br /> disposal to land treatment); <br /> C. A change in the type of waste being accepted for disposal; or <br /> d. The addition of a major industrial waste discharge to a discharge of essentially domestic <br /> waste, or the addition of a new process or product by an industrial facility resulting in a <br /> change in the character or type of waste being discharged. " <br /> 5. Please include sludge liquid results in the Annual Monitoring and Reporting Program report <br /> instead of the December Monthly report for clarity. Include a short paragraph discussing the <br /> tabulated results (include historic data)with the raw data in the attachments. Discuss any changes <br /> in the water quality data, as appropriate. <br /> 6. Please include the status of any ongoing new investigations regarding development of background <br /> groundwater concentration limits as Water Quality Protections Standards and any other new <br /> activities not described in the WDRs. <br /> The attached Monitoring Report Compliance Checklist for the groundwater monitoring report itemizes <br /> areas of concern. Please ensure subsequent Monitoring and Reporting Program reports include the <br /> necessary infonnation to make them complete and adequate. <br /> We are in receipt of the Water Quality Standard Report, dated 31 March 2004.
