Monthly
inspection reports shall be submitted with quarterly monitoring reports and shall include a
description of the condition of the wastewater management facilities and any changes in
appearance from the previous month.
GROUND WATER MONITORING
The water level in each monitoring well shall be measured quarterly. Data from water level
measurements shall be used to construct ground water contour maps showing the direction of
ground water flow in the aquifer beneath the Ripon Mill property. Ground water contour maps
shall be submitted with the quarterly monitoring reports. Contour maps shall be constructed
using feet above mean sea level.
The ground water monitoring system will include the following monitoring and process wells:
OB 1 through 28, TH 1-11, M-7-A, M-7-13, M-11-A, M-11-B, M-11-C, M-19-C, M-20-C,
M-20-D, PW-4, PW-5, PW-6, PW-7, and PW-8.
The Discharger may propose, for approval, modifications in the monitoring system.
