That copy is <br /> included herein. As discussed, compliance item F.,regarding the inactive pond closure, has been <br /> corrected to reference Finding Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28. You will note that change on Page 9 of the <br /> WDRs. The version attached is also being provided to the Board for their consideration. <br /> The Fox River WDRs will be an uncontested agenda item. No additional comments have been received. <br /> You mentioned that you may wish to have a Fox,River representative present at the meeting. The <br /> revised WDRs will be presented to the Board for approval on 14 June 2001. As indicated in the "Notice <br /> of Public Hearing"previously mailed to you, the Board meeting is scheduled for 9:00 AM at the <br /> Regional Board office at 3443 Routier Road, Suite A.
