All <br /> laboratory analyses shall be reported in milligrams per liter. <br /> Field and laboratory tests shall be reported in the quarterly monitoring report. Electrical <br /> Conductivity and TDS results shall be submitted on a site contour map. All parameters shall be <br /> graphed so as to show historical trends at each well. Stiff diagrams shall be submitted annually <br /> for each well. <br /> Prior to construction, plans and specifications for additional ground water monitoring wells shall <br /> be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: <br /> GARY M.
