The Discharger has made substantial improvements to the quality of waste water
which it discharges. This is a Corrective_fiction monitoring program, the purpose of which is to
determine whether measures taken by the Discharger are sufficient to clean up the effects of past
waste discharges to ground water and to d:tertnine if the continued discharge of waste water to
land needs to be contained in a waste management unit described in California Code of
Regulations, Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 155 (Chapter 15). Currently the discharge is not
classified as a designated waste due to analysis and certification by David A. Lawrence, C.E.G.
618. This monitoring program will serve to verify that decision.
REPORTING
In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular or graphical form
so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be
summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge
requirements.
Monthly Monitoring reports shall be subrrilmd to the Regional Board by the 20th day of the
following month. Water supply monitoring should include process Wells Nos. 4. 5, 6, 7, and S.
Water supply monitoring shall include at least the following:
SammiConstituents >Jnits
Standard Minerals mg1l Annually
Electrical Conductivity µmhoslcm Annually
@ 25°C
Total Dissolved Solids Me Annually
