Monthly <br /> inspection reports shall be submitted with quarterly monitoring reports and shall include a <br /> description of the condition of the wastewater management facilities and any changes in <br /> appearance from the previous month. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> The water level in each monitoring well shall be measured quarterly. Data from water level <br /> measurements shall be used to construct ground water contour maps showing the direction of <br /> ground water flow in the aquifer beneath the Ripon Mill property. Ground water contour <br /> maps shall be submitted with the quarterly monitoring reports. Contour maps shall be <br /> constructed using feet above mean sea level. <br /> The ground water monitoring system will include the following monitoring and process <br /> wells: OB1-25, TH1-10, M7A, M7B, M11A, M11B, M11C, M19C, M20C, M20D, PW-4, <br /> PW-5, PW-6, and PW-7. <br /> The Discharger may propose, for approval, modifications in the monitoring system. Such <br /> modifications may include removal of monitoring wells from the system and replacement <br /> with existing wells or new wells. Monitoring wells proposed for permanent deletion from <br /> the system shall be properly destroyed in accordance with the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services and the State of California Department of Water <br /> Resources. <br />
