The time schedule proposes to complete a <br /> ground water investigation and a brine removal feasibility study. The ground <br /> water investigation will determine water quality impact and a TDS limit for a <br /> land discharge permit. The brine removal feasibility study will delineate <br /> actions necessary to reduce TDS in final effluent so that Simpson waste water <br /> facilities are not regulated under Title 23, California Code of Regulations, <br /> Chapter 15. <br /> We approve the time schedule and look forward to your first submittal which is <br /> due September 1991. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact me at (916) 366-5737. <br /> 'ROBOTA.
