I <br /> SUBCHAPTER 15 REPORT OF WASTE DISCHARGE CHECKLIST <br /> This checklist was prepared to aid in the review of reports of waste discharge <br /> for landfills, , surface impoundments, and waste piles. the items on the <br /> checklist are from sections in Subchapter 15 dealing with what goes into a RWD <br /> for Class II and Class III WMUs. The Subchapter 15 section number is in <br /> parentheses next to each section heading.
