Analysis shall account for measurement errors in sampling <br /> and analysis <br /> iii. Analysis shall account for seasonal fluctuations in <br /> background water quality (if expected to affect <br /> concentration of hazardous constituent) <br /> b. If verification monitoring is in effect 7a can be waived and <br /> instead use appropriate water quality data <br /> NOTE: Non-upgradient wells may be used if: <br /> 1. Hydrogeologic conditions do not allow upgradient <br /> sampling <br /> OR . <br /> 2. .Sampling at other wells will provide a <br /> representative indication of background <br /> water quality <br /> c. When determining a background value for each indicator <br /> parameter or waste constituent: <br /> i. Use a minimum of 1 sample from each background well <br /> ii.
