The discharge shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br /> 2. Runoff from disposal areas and lands irrigated with wastewater shall be <br /> contained so as to prevent discharge into surface waters. <br /> B. Sludge Disposal : <br /> 1. Collected screening, sludges, and other solids removed from liquid wastes <br /> shall be disposed of in a manner approved by .the Executive Officer . <br /> 2. The discharge of sewage sludges into surface waters or surface water <br /> drainage courses is prohibited . <br />
