The proposed discharge <br /> will not have adverse impacts to surface water. The Project will be constructed and operated with <br /> private funds. The Project will provide economic benefit to San Joaquin County. <br /> Therefore, the discharge as proposed will provide maximum benefit to the State. <br /> EVALUATION OF CONSISTENCY WITH ANTIDEGRADATION POLICY <br /> As described above,the discharge will not unreasonably affect present and anticipated beneficial use <br /> of the groundwater, and will not result in water quality less than that prescribed in the policies.
