All discrepancies shall be documented in the assessment and remedied before the <br /> tank system is placed in use. <br /> Comments: <br /> The Professional Engineer has confirmed that the integrity of the AST at this facility has not been <br /> compromised by any of the above-mentioned conditions. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(10)--All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness <br /> prior to being placed in use. The results of the test(s) shall be documented in this assessment. <br /> Comments: <br /> There are no Documentations noting that there was any prior testing done before Tank was put into use <br /> according to site personal. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(11)--Estimated remaining service life of the tank system based on <br /> findings of subsections k(1) through k(10). <br /> Comments: <br /> Based on visual inspection, it appears to be generally in good condition and is estimated to have estimated <br /> remaining life of 10 years. <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
