All conditions must be met within ei-ghteen ( 18 ) months of <br /> the date of appoval (per Section 9--2123 ) . <br /> 2 . The _landscaping shall include a 5---foot wide <br /> landscaped strip along Lower Sacramento Road . Landscaping <br /> details are subject to approval by the Planning Director. <br /> 6 .
