Manthey Road ) . <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administra- <br /> tion Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation <br /> will be approximately 17 feet NGVD. <br /> Manthey Road has an existing right-of-way width of 52 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 52 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A traffic study shall be prepared to address the traffic <br /> genertation by this development and the impact on Manthey <br /> Road. Mitigation measures shall be identified to reduce the <br /> impact. <br /> 2 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking, <br /> and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval .
