County ordinance may <br /> permit Recreational Vehicle Parks in the GA zone when the RV Park <br /> serves the users of an existing recreation area (per Section 9-2305) . <br /> The site for the proposed RV park does not meet this requirement. <br /> The surrounding land uses include agriculture and scattered resi- <br /> dences. It is likely that land use conflicts will be created as <br /> a result of the introduction of the proposed intensive type use <br /> into this area. <br /> Commercial uses such as markets are not permitted in the GA zone. <br /> The proposed store may be permitted as an accessory use to the <br /> RV park. However no advertising or signage designed to attract <br /> the travelling public will be permitted. <br /> Project Design: <br /> If the project were to be relocated in a Highway Service Area, <br /> or in an area that services an existing recreation area, the <br /> following comments would apply to the RV park. <br /> 1 . Dimension all RV spaces . The minimum size for individual RV <br /> sites is 1500 square feet, and the maximum size is 1900 square <br /> feet (per Section 9-3304b) . Additionally, greater detail of <br /> the RV spaces is needed. <br />
