The <br /> following information is missing and needed to correct the following violations: <br /> 1. Violation 102: Submit documentation that supports the determination that the brake <br /> lathe shavings are not hazardous waste. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be <br /> handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. Use <br /> waste sampling and test results or other knowledge to support your hazardous waste <br /> determination.
