The universal waste training also included hazardous waste training (particularly labeling which was cited in the violation) so I closed out that violation as well. Here is what I need to close out the remaining violations: #102-Please provide a copy of the transformer disposal records when you get them. #104-Please provide a copy of the source reduction plan #208-Please provide a roster and syllabus demonstrating that individuals performing treatment in the lab have been properly trained Thanks for the hard work on these items.
