The universal waste training also included <br /> hazardous waste training (particularly labeling which was cited in the violation) so I closed out that violation as <br /> well. Here is what I need to close out the remaining violations: <br /> #102-Please provide a copy of the transformer disposal records when you get them. <br /> #104-Please provide a copy of the source reduction plan <br /> #208-Please provide a roster and syllabus demonstrating that individuals performing treatment in the lab have been <br /> properly trained <br /> Thanks for the hard work on these items.
