The Addendum responds to the Regional Board's 22 April 2005 Conditional Approval <br /> of Groundwater Monitoring Workplan. The workplan was prepared in response to Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2005-0045, Provision G.l.c. The 18 April 2005 Workplan,with <br /> the 26 April 2005 Addendum, is acceptable. Please proceed with the well installation activities. <br /> A number of existing wells are proposed for continued use as groundwater monitoring wells. This may <br /> be acceptable based on well construction and condition. Please evaluate each of the existing wells <br /> proposed for continued use and determine if their construction complies with.California Well Standards <br /> Bulletin 74-90. I£inadequate information exists to determine that the wells were constructed consistent <br /> with-Bulletin 74-90 then they shall be destroyed and replaced with new wells as described in the <br /> Workplan and Addendum described above. The Monitoring Well Installation Report required by WDRs <br /> Order No. R5-2005-0045 Provision G.Ld shall include boring logs and well construction details for all <br /> wells that will be included in the monitoring network.
