The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for UNIVERSAL SWEEPINGS SERVICES as of March 11, 2020. <br /> Open violations from January 15, 2020 inspection <br /> Violation #113-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION Copies of consolidated manifest receipts from 1/31/2019 for hazardous wastes including used oil <br /> were not found on site during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts from 1/31/2019 and <br /> maintain them on site.
