Ryder Environmental Awareness <br /> 2,All fueling locations with aboveground storage Where and When to Report Spills is a summary of <br /> tanks larger than 1,320 gallons are required to have state spill notification numbers, reportable quantities, <br /> a Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan and reporting time deadlines. This summary is avail- <br /> (SPCC)on-site. Find out where the SPCC Plan is able in Ryder's Environmental Policy &Control <br /> filed or kept, know what it looks like, and find out Manual Procedure No, b.1, Exhibit F. <br /> whom you need to contact if someone asks you to <br /> produce the SPCC Plan. At some point, someone <br /> will ask you for the SPCC Plan. A review and <br /> discussion of SPCC Plans should be part of any Emergency Spill Response Plans (ESRP) <br /> spill response training program at your site. <br /> 3� All fueling locations are required to have a Spill Every facility with gas, diesel, or chemicals stored in <br /> tanks or tankers, must keep an up-to-date Emergency <br /> Response Booklet on-site. In addition to one <br /> Spill Response Plan, Federal law requires it. The <br /> on-site copy, copies should also be kept with the <br /> Emergency Coordinator and the Environmental Plan contents include a step-by-step description of <br /> procedures to follow in the event of a spill at the <br /> Coordinator so that if he/she is contacted at home facility or from a vehicle. <br /> after hours or on the weekend, they have a <br /> resource to refer to.
