EVERY FACILITY WITH PETROLEUM OR CHEMICAL STORAGE SHALL MAINTAIN AN EMERGENCY <br /> SPILL RESPONSE PLAN, ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE TRAINED IN, AND FAMILIAR WITH, THE <br /> ESRP, ALL SPILLS MUST BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL <br /> LAWS, AND THESE PROCEDURES. <br /> Each facility must have a designated Emergency Coordinator and at least one Alternate. Emergency <br /> Coordinators must: <br /> `make sure the ESRPincomplete and <br /> •ensure that all employees are fully trained on spill procedures and the plan. <br /> The facility manager must ensure that all employees are trained on: <br /> ° how tocontact their facility's Emergency Coordinator and Alternate, <br /> • what to do when a spill occurs(proper usage of Emergency Spill Response Plan and Spill Response <br /> Booklet), <br /> ° where tofind emergency contact phone numbers, and <br /> ° how tucomplete required notifications. <br />
