The manifests listed above are not on file <br />with DTSC. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Hazardous waste generators are required to send a copy of the generator signed <br />UHWM to DTSC by mail. The only exception is when an UHWM starts and finishes as an electronic manifest in the <br />e -Manifest System. The generator shall within 30 days of each shipment of hazardous waste submit to DTSC a <br />legible copy of each manifest used. The mailing address is: DTSC Generator Manifests, Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control, P.O. Box 400, Sacramento, CA 95812-0400. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately mail a copy of the listed UHWMs and ensure that copies of all generator <br />signed UHWMs are sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipping the hazardous waste.
