Attached is the completed inspection report from the hazardous waste inspection conducted at Pep Boys#711 in Stockton, CA on 1/13/2020. Also attached are the Return To Compliance Certification and Corrective Action Statement Worksheet, as well as a copy of the 2017 used oil hazardous waste tank assessment provided to me at the time of inspection. Please confirm receipt. The inspection photos will be emailed to you shortly in separate emails due to their large file size. Complete and submit a copy of the attached Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 2/20/2020.
