The 2010 General <br /> Plan designates Eight Mile Road as an Express Road, and the <br /> proposed Specific Road Plan for Eight Mile Road has a right-of-way <br /> width of 145 feet at this location. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required.
