The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements <br /> to provide for the abandonment of service and the removal of <br /> irrigation structures for those parcels which will not <br /> continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> 2 . if irrigation service is to continue to these parcels the <br /> owner shall conform to the following requirements: <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of <br /> all parcels which do not have access to water via the <br /> District's facilities. Any required facilities shall be <br /> installed at the expense of the recipient of the water. " <br /> b. Obtain a structure permit for new anrvice structure <br /> connections to District facilities which are necaeeary to <br /> provide service to the new parcels. <br /> C. Any facilities that are constructed as a result of this <br /> lot line adjustment shall be sufficient to handle standard <br /> District delivery heads and/or flows. <br /> 3 . The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all <br /> District facilities which may exist on subject property to <br /> serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded <br /> easements that are present. <br /> 4 . owner shall obtain an Encroachment permit from District for <br /> fencing or any othar jWop*& 4. encroachments of District <br />
