CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-92-93 <br /> MR. & MRS. WAYNE CASTLE <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office <br /> for review) . (Subdivision Map Act Section 66412) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> Note: Castle Road through Parcel 3 is County maintained, <br /> not private as shown. <br /> 2 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and <br /> signed by a Licensed Land Surveyor or a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer licensed to practice land surveying. <br /> (Civil Engineers registered after January 1, 1982 , are <br /> not licensed to practice land surveying. ) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as 'follows: <br /> 1. On Parcel 1 the well discharge pipe must be <br /> plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have <br /> twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap <br /> from top of the standpipe, or install San Joaquin <br /> County approved backflow valves. <br /> 2 . On Parcels 2 and 3 raise well casing 12 inches <br /> above ground level. <br /> 3 . On Parcel 2 provide sample tap prior to pressure <br /> tank. <br />
