Fremont St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> APN 143-280-38 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has recently reviewed <br /> the analytical results of the soil and/or water results taken from beneath the underground storage tanks <br /> #39-1570-01 and #39-1570-02, that were removed from this site on March 2, 1988. <br /> The presence of contaminates at your facility warrant further investigation. The former underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) cannot be recommended for final closure without further investigation to determine the full <br /> extent of the soil and/or groundwater problem. <br /> In addition,PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an"Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report" has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at you facility,San Joaquin County PHS/EHD has <br /> been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the <br /> investigation of leaking UST's.
