A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to improvement plan approval to determine <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> 2 . Destroy the two (2) abandoned wells on the property. <br /> 3 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets state standards <br /> prior to recording the final map. <br /> 4 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
