R <br /> 1 <br /> Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-37 <br /> b. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered <br /> Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading within thirty ' (30) days of the <br /> effective date of the approval. Additional storm <br /> drainage run-off created by the use shall be retained <br /> in the existing storm retention pond. A plan check fee <br /> will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> Required improvements shall be installed within ninety <br /> (90) days of the effective date of the approval and <br /> before the approval of the Business License and <br /> issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> C. The Improvement Plan shall show all existing and <br /> proposed surfaces. All parking spaces, driveways, and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide <br /> a durable, dust-free surface. Pallet storage areas may <br /> at a minimum be surfaced with six (6) inches of base <br /> material or as required by the Fire Prevention Bureau <br /> and the Montezuma Fire District. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015. 5) <br /> d. The facility shall not operate between the hours of <br /> 6: 00 p.m. and 7 : 00 a.m. Air compressors and pneumatic <br /> equipment shall not be operated before 7: 00 a.m. <br /> e. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) The Business License <br /> application shall be submitted within thirty (30) days <br /> of the effective date of the approval. <br /> f. A minimum of six (6) automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> required for the approved use. The size and location <br /> of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title <br /> and be included on the Improvement Plan. There shall <br /> be no parking associated with the approved use on State <br /> Route 99, East Frontage Road. <br /> g. A maximum of two (2) advertising signs shall be <br /> permitted for the approved use; only one of which may <br />
