COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-93-37 <br /> 3 . The frontage improvement for North 99 Frontage Road (East) <br /> shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared <br /> by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As an <br /> option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing <br /> and estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $303 . 00 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall <br /> be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $95. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public sewer system. A "Will <br /> Serve" letter from City of Stockton shall be provided prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan.
