CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-30 <br /> MARLIN PRESSER <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This kennel shall be approved for a maximum of eight <br /> (80) dogs, and it shall not be a public boarding kennel. <br /> b. The offspring of the dogs are allowed and shall not be <br /> counted until they are four months of age. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-3234{e}{1}) <br /> C. Except for movement on and off the property, animals <br /> shall not be kept or maintained in coops, pens, corrals <br /> less than one-half acre, or in barns or similar structure <br /> closer than 40 feet from any rear or side property line. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-3234{d}) <br /> d. All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, <br /> cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained free from <br /> litter, garbage and the excessive accumulation of manure <br /> in order to discourage the proliferation of flies, other <br /> disease vectors, and offensive odors. The premises are <br /> to be main'�ained in a neat sanitary manner. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-3234{e}{2}) <br /> e. No advertising signs shall be permitted. <br /> f. The kennel operation shall not cause noise greater than. <br /> 65 db Ldn at the property lines. <br /> g. A kitchen is permitted in the kennel, but the kennel <br /> shall not be used for human habitation. <br /> h. Per Planning Title Section 9-10002, submit for approval <br /> an Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing the following: <br /> 1. Driveway access details (culvert sizes, pavement <br /> width, etc. ) . <br />
