Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-30 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Division at the time of development. This septic system <br /> shall have a minimum of an 1,800 gallon septic tank and <br /> 3-40 ' leach lines with 3-42" pits. <br /> b. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of <br /> all demolition material from premises to an approved <br /> landfill site. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Rules and <br /> Regulations. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned pit well next to the pump hoiyse <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: The <br /> domestic well must be repaired by caulking around seal, <br /> no permit required. <br /> f. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) <br /> g. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for review <br /> prior to construction. The Environmental Health Division <br /> has specific requirements of kennel construction. <br /> h. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> i. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system <br /> meeting the requirements of the Environmental He<.I_th <br /> Division shall be available for washing food preparation <br /> equipment, bathing of animals, as well as washing down <br /> shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Obtain Demolition Permits for all 'buildings to be <br /> removed. <br /> b. Obtain Building Permit for the house which is beinq <br /> moved. <br />
