Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> This septic system shall have a minimum of an 1,800 gallon septic tank and 3- <br /> 40' leach lines with 3-42" pits. <br /> b. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> d. Destroy the abandoned pit well next to the pump house under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division as follows: The domestic well must be repaired by caulking <br /> around seal, no permit required. <br /> f. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s). <br /> g. Submit three (3) sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review prior to construction.
