The existing sewage disposal areas must be barricaded so <br /> they cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br /> storage area. <br /> b. No on-site dumping or recreational vehicle waste water or <br /> sewage holding tanks. <br /> 4 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT: <br /> a. The pond and "V" type ditch shall be allowed for storm <br /> water only; other water developed on the property should <br /> be diverted to the existing septic system for proper <br /> disposal. <br /> b. The pond and ditch shall be maintained vegetation free so <br /> as to prevent vector breeding and harborage. <br /> C. The fence shall be built to allow for vector surveillance <br /> and control of the pond and "V" ditch. <br />
