Hazardous material handling and storage areas for transmission fluid, acetylene, argon gas, caustic soda, <br /> ethylene glycol, hydraulic oil, hydrochloric acid, multi-chlor, odor fix, compressed oxygen, p-60 NaOH.H2S Vapor <br /> Scrubber Solution, power cleaner, simple green, sodium hydroxide, waste oily solids, Z-All(filtration Media), and <br /> Enviro-Scrub VT. <br /> 7. The site map refers to attachments not uploaded to CERS. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the <br /> map and label as "NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were lacking the correct contact information for the Local Unified Program <br /> Agency,209-468-3420 and the plan did not contain evacuation procedures.
