THE PAVING ON CARDINAL ON THEIR <br /> SIDE IS MORE THAN 20 FEET WIDE FROM CENTER LINE (THE STANDARD <br /> FOR A 60 FOOT WIDE STREET ) . THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED FOR THE <br /> WIDENING AND IMPROVEMENT CONDITION . k <br /> WE HAVE INITIATED THE ABANDONMENT OF FARM STREET WITH TONY <br /> TSCHIRKY OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. SEE ATTACHED LETTER . <br /> CALTRANS HAS RECENTLY WIDENED THE BRIDGE OVER THE DIVERTING <br /> CANAL TO THE NORTH SIDE AND IMPROVED THE APPROACHES . THERE <br /> SHOULD BE NO FURTHER IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED. IF YOU REFER TO <br /> ASSESSORS MAP 143-29 OR BOOK 24 OF SURVEYS , PAGE 42 , YOU WILL <br /> FIND THAT THERE IS A TRIANGULAR PARCEL OF LAND BETWEEN THE <br /> SOUTH SIDE OF FREMONT STREET AND THE PANELLA PROPERTY WHICH <br /> BELONGS TO THE SACRAMENTO AND SAN JOAQUIN DRAINAGE DISTRICT . <br /> THE RADIATOR SHOP IS CONNECTED TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE <br /> COMPANY. THE OFFICE AND SHOP ARE RECEIVE THEIR WATER FROM <br /> THEIR PRIVATE WELL SINCE THEY WERE CONSTRUCTED IN 1979 . <br /> THE WATER DEMAND FOR THE PANELLA OPERATION IS VERY SMALL <br /> AND THE PRESENT PRIVATE WELL SYSTEM IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE . <br />
