THE COUNTY STAFF (PUBLIC <br /> WORKS & PLANNING) HAVE CONDITIONED THE PROCESSING OF THE USE <br /> PERMIT TO REQUIRE ABANDONMENT OF FARM STREET AND THE MERGER <br /> OF THE PARCELS. <br /> THE STREET IS NOT NEEDED FOR ACCESS TO ANY PARCELS AND <br /> IS NOT NEEDED FOR CIRCULATION IN THE AREA. IN FACT A PORTION <br /> OF THE STREET WHICH WAS WITHIN FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL WAS <br /> ALREADY ABANDONED.
