STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> MA-89-63 <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1 . The mobilehome shall be occupied by not more than two <br /> adults, one of whom must be fifty-five (55) years of age or <br /> older, or one of whom is infirm and under doctor's orders to <br /> be under close and watchful attention. The aged, ill or <br /> infirm person may occupy the single family dwelling if the <br /> person(s) providing care for the aged, ill for infirm person <br /> occupies the mobilehome. <br /> 2. No permanent room additions are allowed. <br /> 3. Skirting constructed of the same materials as the mobilehome <br /> shall be installed. <br /> 4. The mobilehome cannot be rented or leased. <br /> 5. The mobilehome shall be removed if the property is rezoned <br /> to a zone not allowing the use or the property is annexed to <br /> a city and the city's zoning does not allow the use. <br /> 6. The mobilehome shall be constructed to meet the minimum <br /> standards of the National Manufactured Housing Construction <br /> and Safety Act of 1974. <br /> 7. The granting of an accessory mobilehome permit does not <br /> authorize the applicant or owner to override any valid C. C. <br /> & R.'s (Covenants , Conditions , and Restrictions) applicable <br /> to the property that would otherwise prohibit the use. <br /> BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION <br /> 1. A mobilehome installation permit is required. <br /> NOTE: Accessory Mobilehome Permits are valid for a maximum of <br /> three years. Renewal requires a new application with a new <br /> fee. <br />
