2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U . B . C . , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section <br /> 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> d . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> 3 . The construction plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space( s ) shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance . <br /> b . Identification signs for the parking space ( s ) , <br /> including the " tow away" sign , shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space . <br /> C . The slope of the parking space( s ) shall not exceed <br /> 1 /4 inch per foot . <br /> MANTECA—LATHROP FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . Compliance with the Uniform Fire Code , National Fire <br /> Protection Association and San Joaquin County Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance . <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> 1 . The lights in the greenhouses shall not be of sufficient <br /> intensity to confuse pilots during night time approaches <br /> to the airfield . <br /> 2 . The greenhouses shall be constructed of nonreflective <br /> materials . <br />
