Santa Fe Road <br /> Riverbank, California 95367 <br /> Subject: OFFSITE ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR PLUME DELINEATION INVESTIGATION <br /> 23659 SOUTH SANTA FE ROAD <br /> RIVERBANK, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Cano: <br /> Since 2003, Geocon Consultants, Inc. (Geocon), has been conducting environmental investigation <br /> services for the Ranch Market property located at 23569 South Santa Fe Road in Riverbank, <br /> California. As part of the continuing environmental activities at the Ranch Market, Geocon will be <br /> performing a "soil probe" investigation utilizing a small size van and enclosed support truck. The <br /> investigation will be on the 23569 South Santa Fe Road property as well as adjoining properties at <br /> 23565, 23659, and 23665 S. Santa Fe Road (please see the attached map). Geocon is currently under <br /> contract with Mohamed and Huda Gubary,the current responsible parties of the Ranch Market site. <br /> In accordance with Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) directives, Geocon will be temporarily installing <br /> approximately seven small diameter probes into the soil and groundwater on your property. These <br /> probes will be plugged and abandoned immediately after drilling and will not remain onsite. To <br /> facilitate the installation of these probes and establish a good working environment with offsite <br /> property owners, Geocon is submitting this current access agreement to cover all future environmental <br /> work on your property. A previous access agreement was approved by all parties in 2003, however, <br /> Geocon thought it best to inform you of this need for further access beyond the quarterly well <br /> sampling. <br /> The temporary installation of the probes will be performed at no expense to you or future owners of <br /> your property.
