CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-93-20 <br /> Jack Callicoat <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to the <br /> recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The decriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and <br /> have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from the top of the standpipe, or <br /> install backflow valves approved by San Joaquin County. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect the correct distance with qualifiers to avoid <br /> overlaps or gaps. <br /> C. Proof shall be provided that two parcels exist as shown. <br /> NOTE: On May 25, 1993,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved LA-93- <br /> 20 subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
