EHD <br /> does not approve the decommissioning of the other vapor wells at this time. <br /> Additional discussions and conclusions included in the report suggested re-evaluating <br /> the SVE after two quarterly sampling events. More than two quarterly sampling events <br /> may have to be conducted to support trending conclusions. Please continue to sample <br /> the wells quarterly until otherwise advised by EHD. <br /> A check of current submittals on Geotracker indicates the last submittal was for EDF <br /> and Geo—Well data only on May 13, 2005. No Geo Reports have been submitted for <br /> this site. Please ensure that this report and all of the other reports (QMRs, Remedial <br /> Status, etc), lab data (EDF) and well head data (x, y, z) have been electronically <br /> submitted to Geotracker. All site information since January 2005 is required by <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 23, Section 3890 to be submitted to <br /> Geotracker.
