DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a <br /> Record of Survey is required. (New legal description shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor 's Office for review) . <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with qualifiers <br /> to avoid overlap or gap. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel #1 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> division at the time of development. <br /> b. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Parcel #1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Domestic well on <br /> the remainder parcel is a pit well. Casing must be raised i <br /> minimum of 12 inches above natural grade and a concrete <br /> pedestal installed. Area around raised casing may be filled <br /> with native soil. <br /> 3. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal <br /> descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted <br /> to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be <br /> stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. A Notice of Non Renewal shall be recorded for APN 257-270-46. <br />
