4IL6Stta.r . <br /> Two additional shipments of transmix occurred following April 4, 2018; relative information is <br /> as follows: <br /> • On April 4, 2018, five bbls (1,470 pounds)remained onsite. <br /> • Between April 4, 2018 and March 12, 2019, an additional 10,704 pounds of transmix was <br /> accumulated. <br /> o See attached gauging sheet indicating 36.36 bbls received <br /> ■ 36.36 bbls X 42 gallons/bbl x 7.01 lbs/gallon= 10,704 pounds <br /> • On March 12, 2019, 10,704 pounds were shipped(87% shipped). <br /> • Between March 12, 2019 and March 31, 2020, additional transmix was generated, and all <br /> shipped offsite on March 31, 2020 (see attached Hazardous Waste Manifest). Material <br /> was shipped as a waste as it was the most expedient method for removal from the site. <br /> Note that the NAICS Code as listed on the report was 424710, has been corrected in CERS to <br /> read 493190 as NuStar is not a Merchant Wholesaler; NuStar does not own products transferred <br /> to and from or stored at the Terminal. <br /> Given the current COVID-19 crisis, this correspondence will be transmitted electronically; if a <br /> hard copy is desired let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements.
