Do not leave the area if Arms are connected. <br /> 1.8. Unattended trucks must have their engines off, brakes set and tractor in gear. <br /> 2.0 General Loading Procedures <br /> 2.1 Place cone at the front of the lane before any connections. <br /> 2.2 Place 5 gallon bucket under unloading header and connect grounding cable to a <br /> grounding location on the truck. <br /> 2.3 Remove unloading header plug. <br /> 2.4 Open internals. <br /> 2.5 Slowly open the butterfly valve on the unloading header and drain any retain product <br /> into bucket. <br /> 2.6 Product collected in the 5 gallon bucket must then be poured into barrel labeled <br /> "materials for recyclable"that is in the flammable cabinet located between lanes 3 <br /> and 4 , 7 and 8(prior to pouring please check the level of product in the barrel to <br /> avoid overfilling of barrel) <br /> 2.7 The Product collected will be disposed of as trans-mix when drum contents are 70% <br /> full.When drum contents are 70%full and above, notify an operator so the drum can <br /> be replaced with an empty drum. <br /> 2.8 After the compartment draining process has completed,the driver can now load his <br /> tanks using the NOP-STK-06 Driver Attended Loading Procedure. <br /> 5 of 5 <br />
