S 11�1N J OAQ UI I N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY- <br /> -1 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> J M EAGLE (WS) 1 1051 SPERRY RD, STOCKTON January 10, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -Two red 55 gallon steel drums containing used oil had hazardous waste labels that were missing the name and <br /> address of the generator, hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, and the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste." <br /> -One red 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil had a hazardous waste label that was missing the hazardous <br /> property. <br /> -One white 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil had a hazardous waste label that was missing the hazardous <br /> property and had an illegible accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris had a hazardous waste label that was missing the hazardous <br /> property. <br /> -One 275 gallon container of paint waste had a hazardous waste label that was missing the hazardous property, <br /> physical state, and the words"Hazardous Waste." <br /> In the shop area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing metal shavings had a hazardous waste label with an illegible <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> In the outside area,one 5 gallon plastic bucket containing oily water was missing a hazardous waste label. The <br /> bucket was emptied during the inspection and corrected on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), and the accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 9, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
