(EarthCon)has prepared this Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment <br /> Report(Report)for the Pick-n-Pull Auto Dismantlers, Stockton LLC (Pick-n-Pull)facility located at <br /> 3927 Clark Drive located in Stockton, California (Site) (see Figures 1 and 2). On July 10, 2018, <br /> EarthCon conducted an assessment of the Site including the tanks,secondary containment, piping, <br /> and ancillary equipment. <br /> This Report has been prepared in accordance with California Code of Regulations,Title 22 Section <br /> 66265.192(k)[22 CCR 66265.192(k)]and has been certified by a California-registered engineer in <br /> accordance with 22 CCR 66270.11 (d).
